A true story, a love story, a memory in time.
​This true story begins in 1940s Saskatchewan and follows Scottish-Canadian lovers Mary and Robbie, who are separated by war. Mary’s only comfort is Robbie’s letters. Then, the letters stop. Mary settles in Victoria and never marries. Years later, she makes a pilgrimage to the places he described in his letters, following in his footsteps to finally say “goodbye”.
